LavaCon was founded in 2002 to help businesses manage technology projects. Our program has expanded over the years to include sessions on how to break into government contracting, how to manage technical and non-technical projects, how to leverage social media and technical communication technologies, and more. Conference participants are offered a diverse program, which includes more than 150 lectures, workshops, tutorials, and discussion groups.
