Additionally, our staff delivers training for community colleges and universities. We are actively involved in organizations within the publishing community and deliver a wide range of seminars at conferences across North America.

Our staff includes Adobe Certified Experts, Microsoft Office Specialists, Master Level Microsoft Master Instructors and Certified Technical Trainers. We are also senior level writers, professional trainers, information architects and developers.

We are active in professional organizations including the Computer Trainers Network (CTN) and the Society for Professional Communication (STC).
